A: We have established a perfect supply chain consists of strictly filtrated excellent vendors and each product will be tested before leaving our factory.
Q: Do you have any certificates which is necessary in our market?
A: Yes, all of our products are ETL/CETL/CE/ROHS/CEC certificated. We can also apply for the special certificate that is required in your market.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or not?
A: Samples are available for you, but should be paid. Thanks for your kindly understanding.
Q: How about terms of payment ?
A: T/T is most recommended, Paypal/Western Union/LC and other terms of payment are also acceptable
Q: Can you do OEM for us?
A: Yes, we provide with OEM, ODM, OBM to meet the variety demands of your business.
Q: How is your warranty?
A: We provide with 12 months warranty since goods leave our factory. We also provide with long-term marketing and after-sale support, professional engineer will help to recommend the most suitable products after studying your customers’ requirements, and customize solution for any of your special applications.
FAQs for Products
Q: Why my pump works with a loud noise and the motor become very hot?
A: Usually it is caused by the violent transportation, the shaft bents and rotor rubs with stator when motor is running. Please check if the package is in good condition when pump reaches you.
Q: Why my pump draws little water ?
A: If the pump also makes a strange noise when hardly draws water, please disassemble the pump and check if the impeller is stuck by little stones. This may happen in new built pools when you install the pump without clean out the small stones. If the there’s no strange noise, please check if you have installed it properly, this may happen when your vacuum equipment fails.
Q: My pump motor burnt, how can that happen?
A: Please check if you have wrong wired the voltage in a dual voltage pump.

A: THP Means….
