The warranty period of Jade products is 12 months from the date of delivery on the bill of lading.
All products sold by Jade:
A) Supply various consumable materials or replacing parts.
B) Provide with Long-term marketing support: professional engineer will help to recommend the most suitable products after studying your customers’ requirements, and customize solution for any of your special applications.
C) Have a 2% return policy: if the defective products are less than 2% of your purchasing quantity, we will send repair parts to you or add compensation to your next order. But if the defective products are more than 2% of your order quantity, don’t worry, return the whole container back to us at our cost.
Warranty range doesn’t include the following:
Failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes to the product, and attempt to repair or other natural or manmade disasters.
